UDARELYReviews of udarely.com

Quick and efficient! Communication was very friendly and my order arrived faster than expected which is always great. I really love the quality of the product and am looking forward to ordering more!

I love my aquamarine luxury flutes. Extremely fast shipping, especially during these trying times. Extremely secure packaging. Just an overall easy, amazing experience.

I had a great experience with this brand. My first order was not successfully delivered due to an issue with the local post office. UDARELY customer service promptly dispatched another set and were available to answer my questions along the way. When the items finally arrived, one broke almost right away - I think the glass was a bit too thin on that piece - and they sent another two as a replacement. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. I also love the pieces I bought; I'd been eyeing them for months and was so glad I went for it.

I bought 10 glasses. The product was of very satisfying quality. When the package arrived, unfortunately one glass was broken, even though it was well packed. Since it is an international mail, I think that such an unfortunate accident is unavoidable. I attached a photo to the support and told them that the glass was damaged, and on the same day I received a polite reply and was able to arrange a replacement product. With a gift of apology! I'm Japanese, but I don't think there are many Japanese companies that provide such great support. I highly recommend it.

I love my new glass skull cups. They were the missing piece to my mini bar that is now complete. I will definitely be back to shop for more goodies soon✨🥂

Lovely, unique products and brilliant customer service. 100% recommend.

The order arrived in two weeks, very well protected. All right. I found a glass with a small manufacturing defect, I contacted after sales and immediate response. very kind and they sent me two new glasses in 10 days. unbeatable. The glasses are very nice. I was pleasantly surprised.

My first purchase with UDARELY was a beautiful success. I ordered 2 of their gorgeous ‘Cupid’s Glasses’ as well as their matching 3 set ‘Cupid Bowls’ for Valentine's Day and they were just as spectacular as advertised. They have such stunning glassware and I am already excited to add more of their artistic pieces to add to our creative bar collection. Thank you so much for this magic:)
