Ordered this 7 weeks ago to give as Christmas gifts, well within the recommended time frame on the site. For the price, the company should have ensured a high quality delivery, but used local courier and it is still somewhere en route with no updated tracking available. Customer service is no help and also “surprised it hasn’t arrived yet.” 3 sets of mugs at a whopping $80 per and it’s wasted this Christmas. Do not recommend.

During this busy season, the carriers all around the world are overwhelmed and that's why since mid-September we have mentioned about some delays on our website.
