I brought my phone in to have the screen fixed. They did a good job fixing the screen however the lock button was broken in the process and they told me it would be fixed but it’s been over a month and they never fixed it. Anytime I called I was given the runaround rudely about not having a tracking number. Then the manager told be she would order a new part and I received a call saying the part was in but when I went to get it fixed an about 2 hours later they couldn’t find the part. I would never go back to this store.

I dropped off the 2 mini computers to do a data transfer. Over 2 days later, they had not touched it. Their ad states that most jobs are completed the same day. Don't Lie to Your Customers.

This place was such a disappointment. We went in to see if they could help with a black laptop screen. The guy immediately reported that we needed a new screen and that it would take more than a week to fix. My son walked out to call his dad to ask what we should do and the guy behind the counter told us that if we leave the store we will not be welcomed back. Such a shame since they helped us in the past.

Was told they do PS3 Drive repairs. Took them 2 months and me contacting them to reveal that they further broke and shorted the drive. They refuse to say sorry or acknowledge how they damaged the console further. They lie and say they were going to call 2 days ago as well. STAY AWAY if you want to repair anything of value, they do not know professional repair.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My interactions with Tory and Ethan were especially disappointing. I genuinely felt they intentionally gave me incorrect information, which caused me to waste my time and walk away with absolutely nothing resolved. Their dismissive, unprofessional attitude showed no respect for my time, money, or concerns. As a consumer, you expect honesty and basic professionalism, neither of which I received from them. Because of this experience, I’ve decided to cancel my Asurion plan through AT&T and take my business elsewhere. There are insurance companies out there that actually value their customers. Worth Ave Group, for example, covers a wide range of devices and offers straightforward service without the hassle of dealing with unprofessional employees like Tory and Ethan. Consumers have options, and I’m choosing one that treats people with respect.

Needed a battery replaced in a Goggle Pixel 8. Don't have insurance, but Tech at S. Gilbet location researched if there was anything anyway. Wasn't, but I really appreciated the effort. Had made reservation, & work was done in less than 3hrs, as promised. Given price up front, that was the price paid. Kept promises. Phone is as good as new. 2nd time I used UbreakIfix for technology issue, & I'll go back next time there is a need.
