I have been using the AI Writer for the past two months, and the service gets worse and worse with each passing day. It doesn’t work properly, and it is impossible to generate content. I have contacted customer support numerous times over the issues. And their response is always, “our engineers are working on it.” Well they’re obviously not doing a good job because after one problem is fixed another one pops up. It’s just never ending! Ubersuggest has become more of a hinderance than a help. Either they need a new team of engineers or get rid of the AI Writer all together. It’s just not worth the money imo.
UPDATE 4/4/2024: after my initial review, I received a message on March 28, 2024 from customer support about my review. The individual in question (R.C) sent me an email asking me to remove my review in exchange for 25,000 for 3 months (75,000 words). I promptly responded, and kindly explained that I don’t take well to bribes, and that instead of bribing paying customers and doing company coverups, they should instead spend their time fixing the AI writer.
Apparently my case (request #501771) was escalated by R.C. I have yet to hear a response, and the AI Writer still doesn’t work.
I was forced to contact them again on April 1, 2024 (request #502624) to address the problems with the AI writer. I explained everything that previously happened and I was promptly refunded (though funds have yet to reach my account) and my word count was reset for the 100th time. Resetting the word count is useless because the AI writer doesn’t properly generate content, and you have to keep regenerating several times to get a complete article. So you’re just wasting the word count on nothing. What a waste of time, energy, and money!
I requested to speak with management, and I was assured I would be contacted within the next 24hours. 3 days later and still no response.
I am an Ubersuggest customer for over 2 years, and I think their way of treating loyal customers is appalling. Instead of improving services, they instead choose to bribe me.
To the management /customer support team, I would appreciate it if you take my feedback seriously and do what needs to be done to make Ubersuggest better.

Right from your first message, we've escalated your feedback to our management, and the issues you’ve highlighted are being addressed with the highest priority.
When your article was not generated completely, we added your credits back. That is an action we do for every customer. Although we can't prevent some issues from happening, this is a way of making things right.
We have given you refunds for both AI Writer charges since the first complaint by email.
We acknowledge the communication gap over the past days. This was not due to neglect but because we were seeking a viable solution. We understand this has been a significant inconvenience, and for that, we are truly sorry.

I'd prefer to be in a position to tell you that we will have all your issues fixed by tomorrow, unfortunately that is not the case. Working with new technologies such as large language models is complex and our team is doing their best to keep up with the ever-changing AI landscape.
As the product manager of AI Writer, I take full responsibility of all the frustration you have experienced while using our product. In return, we provided a full refund for your Blogger subscription up to this point that should post on your account in the next couple of days. I will personally notify you via email when the article writer has been improved so you can start creating articles without major issues. I cannot promise you that we will ever be able to provide you a perfect article, but I hope our future improvements will be up to your standards. If you are unsatisfied with the AI Writer, I recommend you cancel the Blogger subscription until we can get the issues fixed. You will still have access to 10k words per month for being a lifetime Ubersuggest member.
