Ubersuggest makes my SEO work increasingly smooth and efficient. It’s the only tool that offers the best value for money while providing comprehensive support for all types of users: freelancers, web agencies, and large companies. What’s most impressive is that the tool is constantly being updated with essential improvements to ensure an increasingly enjoyable experience for SEO consultants, including access to webinars and training sessions designed to help them. Personally, I really admire their customer service—it’s very responsive and professional. As a customer, I’ve felt truly valued.

Update: the refund has now been processed. I was automatically charged €192 for another full year without receiving any reminder beforehand. I immediately contacted Ubersuggest to cancel and requested a refund, explaining that I had no intention of renewing and would not use the service. Although I understand their refund policy, they refused to make even a partial goodwill refund. As a software publisher myself, I find this approach disappointing. A reminder before an annual automatic renewal should be basic customer service. Very disappointing experience.
Response from UbersuggestSep 4, 2026
Hi Jean-Didier, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that the annual renewal came as an unwelcome surprise and that our initial handling of your refund request left you disappointed. We understand your concern regarding renewal reminders, and we appreciate you taking the time to explain your perspective. Your feedback has been shared with our team for consideration as we continue to review the customer experience around annual subscriptions. After further review of your individual case, we were able to make a one-time courtesy exception and issue a full refund of the €192 renewal charge. Your subscription has also been canceled, so there will be no further renewal charges. While our standard refund policy remains unchanged, we’re glad we were able to find a resolution for your particular situation. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and we’re sorry again for the frustration this experience caused. All the best, Ubersuggest Team
