Im Januar 2025 hatte ich das Lifetime Paket von Ubersuggest hauptsächlich als Rank Tracker gekauft. Damals wurden die Daten für das Rank Tracking täglich aktualisiert. Vor Kurzem wurde die Aktualisierung von täglich auf wöchentlich reduziert. Damit ist das Rank Tracking für mich nahezu wertlos geworden. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und fühle mich hintergangen, weil eine wesentliche Leistung des Produkts nach dem Kauf einfach drastisch reduziert wurde. Nachtrag 16.4.2026: Nach meiner 2. Nachfrage/Reklamation reagierte der Supports: Inzwischen wurde mein Account wieder auf tägliches Tracking umgestellt. Ich freue mich, dass dieses unangenehme Intermezzo bereinigt ist und gehe davon aus, dass derartige grundlegende Änderungen in Zukunft nicht mehr vorkommen.

*Mise à jour après échange avec le support. Le produit est bien pour faire du SEO, il n'y a pas de débat. Je tiens juste a informer les testeurs (free trial). Faites attentations, l'abonnement se continue automatiquement et va vous débiter si vous n'annulez pas au bout des 7 jours. Je me suis fait avoir mais le support à rectifié le tir et m'a remboursé, merci à eux. Je pourrais reprendre un abonnement dans le futur.

Bon logiciel surtout pour le prix et service client réactif et efficace. Par contre, il est fort dommage qu'il n'est pas possible d'obtenir le ranking sur la position 0. Exemple, si vous êtes 1er en seo en position 0, leur logiciel va afficher une très mauvaise position (si une autre de vos pages est ranké) alors que vous seriez 1er ! De plus, il n'y a pas de ranking par rapport à une fiche google maps.
