Hi Sandy, Thank you for sharing your feedback — we really appreciate it. I understand how the experience can feel overwhelming at times, especially with the extra content when you log in. Just to clarify, Ubersuggest has always offered a free plan, and you can still monitor one website and run a limited number of searches each day at no cost. Your comment about the interface and content layout is very helpful, and we’ll keep it in mind as we continue improving the experience. If there’s anything specific that would make things feel smoother for you, we’d love to hear it. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts. Best regards, The Ubersuggest Team

Hi Dennis, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how important daily keyword tracking and clear backlink reporting are for your work. The update frequency was recently adjusted due to changes on Google’s side, but our team is actively working on ways to reintroduce daily updates in the future. We’ve also reached out to you by email to better understand the backlink filtering issue and see how we can improve the reports for you. Please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime at [email protected] — we’ll be glad to help. Best regards, The Ubersuggest Team

Hi, Thank you so much for your honest feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that our support team was helpful and responsive. Regarding the Lifetime plan: the $290 one-time payment covers everything listed for the Individual plan on our Pricing Page, which outlines the exact features and limits included. While it's a long-term investment, please note that "lifetime" refers to continued access to those specified features, not unlimited access. We truly value your input, and we’ll keep working to improve both clarity and usability. Best regards, Ubersuggest Team [email protected]
