Hi Mary, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We aim to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the out of pocket costs associated with using our service, but I apologize for any disappointment. We recognize that our monthly subscription plan is a big change and truly apologize for any inconvenience. While being on the Standard Care Plan at $12.99/month is required to renew, you can always downgrade back to the Basic Care Plan at $0/month after a new prescription is written. This actually makes the cost of renewing lower than our previous annual evaluation fee of $26, and lower cost than many of our competitors. Regarding medication cost, we’ve done our best to absorb any and all rising costs without passing them on to our customers. We are committed to affordability and continue to offer a number of lower cost medications at $18 and $20 per pack, similar to our competitors. Please know we're very grateful for your patience and understanding despite having a rocky start with our service. As you mentioned, in 2023 we provided continuity of care for thousands of folks from SimpleHealth and The Pill Club when those companies wound down their operations. This caused an unprecedented increase in volume and we completely acknowledge many of our customers experienced less than stellar service during this time. We've since taken steps to add additional associates to our Care Team and have adjusted many of our processes to ensure we're providing the highest level of prompt, efficient, and seamless support! Hi Chelsea, Thank you so much for sharing! I'm so glad to hear we've been able to make things a little easier when it comes to your birth control. While our monthly Care Plans don't include the cost of birth control and aren't covered by insurance, folks often receive their medication at no cost through our service when using insurance! We're also very proud to accept Medicaid to cover medication in AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WA. The delays and inconveniences you experienced are definitely not up to our standards of service, and we truly appreciate this detailed feedback. We did experience an unprecedented increase in volume in 2023 due to thousands of customers being transitioned to our service from SimpleHealth and The Pill Club when both companies wound down their operations. We want to acknowledge that you did not receive the standard quality of service or support, and we are so sorry about that! We've since hired additional support to our Care Team to ensure we continue to provide prompt, efficient, and seamless support to all of our customers within 1 business day. Regarding the monthly subscription plan, we recognize this is a big change and truly apologize for any disappointment. We have carefully considered how to serve our community and we believe the introduction of our Care Plans will help us improve the quality of care we provide as well as advance our mission of making sexual and reproductive care more accessible across the U.S. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding your Standard Care Plan. Those who were transitioned to this plan were sent advance notice via email, which included the opportunity to opt-out, but I completely recognize your preference to opt-in instead.
