I recommend this company
Loella was super kind and informative. She responded and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner. Within 24 hours of reaching out, I already received a notification from my local pharmacy that my prescription is being filled. I definitely recommend this company!

WAY BETTER OPTIONS DONT EVEN TRY
AWFUL!!!! Stay away! There are way better providers out there, dont event consider this as an option if you consider customer service essential. You have to pay out of pocket to talk to a real person, if not, expect to wait 3-5 days to even speak to a robot

That's definitely not the experience we'd hope you would have with our service, but I can definitely further clarify your main concerns. We take pride in our customer service, and our Care Team strives to provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses within 1 business day. Our Care Team is not behind a paywall — access to customer support is part of both our Standard Care (paid) and Basic Care (free) plans. I can also clarify that, like most companies, we do utilize a chatbot on our website to help direct our customers to self-service options for faster service! But we do not use bots or AI to respond to customer concerns. If you're communicating back and forth with our Care Team, you can rest assured that you are speaking with a real person, not a robot. I've been subscribed to this company…
I've been subscribed to this company for about a year or two now, and I've been grateful for the supportive and informative staff! I had to change the pharmacy since my insurance company isn't contracted, so Nicole was very helpful changing it to the pharmacy I prefer! Unfortunately I am subscribed to the basic plan so I won't be able to change prescriptions or talk to my doctor unless I upgrade to the standard plan, which isn't too bad, but something to consider when subscribing to this company.

Also, we really appreciate you highlighting the differences in our Care Plan features. We recognize the Standard Care Plan may not fit everyone's needs year-round. If you'd like to remain on the Basic Care Plan, you can always upgrade to Standard for just one month at $12.99 when it's time to renew your prescription. This option actually makes renewal lower cost than our previous 'annual evaluation fee' ($26) as well as many of our competitors! Always on time
Always on time, very good customer service. I would order from them again .My insurance didn't cover it, but I still liked this company. 5 stars

While I'm glad to hear we've helped make accessing your medication hassle-free via mail deliveries, I'm sorry to hear about any insurance issues. We do accept many insurance providers and policies, but if there's ever a coverage issue we're glad to troubleshoot to the best of our ability or offer a number of lower-cost cash-pay options, at $18 or $20 per pack. This has been great for me since moving…
This has been great for me since moving away for school. I was able to maintain my prescription and was super easy. I was switched to a different plan that I didn't sign up for and could've been because of an insurance issue. Either way after reaching out I was switched and refunded for all the charges.

I love this company!
I love this company. I was recommended them by a best friend in Texas. They’ve been very easy to reach and their communication has been stellar. Anytime I had a question or concern, their customer support has answered me within a day or two! They also refunded me when I was billed for something I didn’t want or was using. I’ve never had an issue with this company and cannot recommend them enough.

Love twenty eight health
Love twenty eight health! They’re always super quick to help and send a prescription to your nearest pharmacy. I’ve utilized them for birth control getting delivered to my house (super convenient), BV medication (I was a frequent user so this saved my life without having to try to get in to a doctor while having raging symptoms). I’ll never make a doctor appointment again for something that’s available on here! I’m now utilizing twenty eight health for plan B emergency contraceptives. I reached out to customer service & got it sent to my pharmacy within 5 hours! Super recommended for the girlies that have frequent BV, yeast, hate going to the doctor just for antibiotics, or birth control!

Extremely helpful!
They have been extremely helpful with my prescriptions and deliveries. I needed my medications delivered asap and they made it happen. Anytime I have any questions they are quick to give me an answer. Thanks again for the positive experiences.
