Really great but issues with them not sending meds on time

I really loved this service. It’s great until something happens - the littlest of issue like this generic isn’t covered should be simple with the pharmacy contacting provider to fix it but it isn’t because of the contact issues. There is such a lack of communication! The provider doesn’t know what’s happening, the pharmacy knows the issue but doesn’t tell anyone, the care team take days to get it figured out and days to let you know. It’s very slow. One reply a day. It takes on average 5 days to resolve any issue not counting weekends. I really wish they would fix this because I loved it and depend on it and with crazy orange Cheeto dictator in office I think services like this are very important I don’t feel like they should make promises they can’t keep or allow deadlines to pass and have people running out. That’s happened twice. I got a great provider who’s local. I got my medicine and it was so easy. I praised them and recommended them everywhere. I am a rapidly growing influencer and I even suggested them to my audience.. then my next delivery never came. The date was confirmed via text and I was sent a notice that they billed insurance for it and it was set to come. It never came. I contacted them and unfortunately I find the contact to be very lacking with customer care. They take forever to reply and often just don’t. I got no info. I got told it would be fixed but it hasn’t been and nobody has let me know what’s happening or when it’ll ship. Another week was added to the date which isn’t okay. If you guys have established patients you should make sure their refills arrive on time! Lemonade will send you refills for free priority fast if you are a customer and run out. I am a customer- I was considering going for the top subscription but now I don’t think I will. I wish they would do better with cuetomer care. One reply a day with no info isn’t acceptable. It’s a good service but if you have any issue you can forget it. You need to know what pill works for you and stick to that pill and make sure it’s covered because that’s the only way it’s smoothe sailing here. Any issues will cause you to be without for days or weeks. Please do better with contact and customer care Do better with pharmacy failure to meet deadline and not informing anyone
