Taking some time to get my BC

Okay, so I have mixed feelings about this website/company. I’ll start with the good, though. Ana was amazing in the chat and got me the information I needed in a timely manor every time. She was so nice and helpful. But that’s about where to good stopped. I had to really work to make this work for me and my insurance and I’m still working with unresolved issues two weeks in with no birth control. I got the emergency contraceptive within the week and it was a good thing I didn’t need it asap, but my insurance didn’t want to pay for delivery so I had it sent to my pharmacy and I got the emergency contraceptive but the pharmacy said that my annovera was delayed but it didn’t say why so I kept waiting to see if it was just an issue where they had to order my meds in. When it still wasn’t ready a week later, I called my insurance and they told me that it needed a prior authorization. I messaged twenty eight (Ana) and they told me that they wouldn’t do a prior authorization so I asked if they could change the prescription to the Nuvaring because my insurance would cover that. Now it’s nearly 24 hours later with no answer from my provider. So the chat help was helpful but they are struggling with the actual prescriptions and such.
