Awesome help
Clear and her members did everything possible to help me out with every question I had .. and they would respond quick . I recommend Twentyeight health the workers are great

So much better than whisp
So much better than whisp! Oh my god! Fast, amazing customer service and was in the mailbox before whisp even replied to me! I paid them $24 for same day and it took them 5 days to even get a doctor's review! Twenty eight health is the only site I would use!!

Exceptional!!…
I have been with Twentyeight Health for 2 years and I’ve ALWAYS had a great experience in communication with providers of support , Mary Anne was especially helpful as are all the Care-Team providers ! The evaluation is easy and deliveries on time ! I will continue to use Twentyeight Health for all my online medical needs !!

I had a great experience with Leila…
I had a great experience with Leila regarding my most recent concern, & Kelsey has also assisted me in the past. Both ladies are extremely helpful, & are awesome at their jobs. I really love being able to contact Twentyeight via email versus playing phone tag, & they always get back to me promptly. It is super helpful having my birth control delivered right to my door, it saves time running an extra errand to the pharmacy! Lastly I do not have health insurance so Twentyeight health care has been an amazing source for my needs. Before finding Twentyeight I was way overpaying for birth control. I highly recommend them, & appreciate the team's hard work, & kindness!

Switched from Basic Plan ($0) to…
Switched from Basic Plan ($0) to Standard plan ($12.99) without customer consent. Opted out, switched back to basic, then suddenly switched again and charged monthly several months later - again, WITHOUT consent.

We aim to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the out of pocket costs associated with using our service, and I truly apologize for any disappointment. We recognize that our monthly subscription plan is a big change and truly apologize for any inconvenience. While being on the Standard Care Plan at $12.99/month is required to renew, you can always downgrade back to the Basic Care Plan at $0/month after a new prescription is written so you can continue receiving deliveries at no additional cost. It does sound like there may have been a technical error as we wouldn't expect you to be upgraded to our Standard Care Plan without being informed. Leila had been a great help
Leila had been a great help. I was not aware I was able to exchange items instead of canceling the subscription altogether, saved me time and money. I appreciate the feedback and the responses in a timely manner thank you twentyeight!

Anyone in need of loyalty, compassion, no nonsense, professional, accurate, available 24/7, non judgmental, knowledgeable, and cost friendly source of healthcare in 2025?!?! You will find it here, I did- several years ago and will not go anywhere else. My most recent communication was with lovely May Ann- let me tell you - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ compassion and confidence. Bravo!
