DO NOT USE - please, save yourself a nightmare and do not become a patient with Twenty Eight Health. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with their automated systems (no real people) for two weeks. I finally gave up after begging for responses to my emails and chats and went to Planned Parenthood.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Our small team was overwhelmed by the number of requests and we have actively hired and trained new team members to address this. This is absolutely not the experience that we want our customers to experience. I have reached out to you for more information and hope to have the opportunity to address any other concerns you may have. Sincerely, Danielle

If I could give less than 1 star I would.I do not want anything to do with this horrible company. I didn't receive a response for 10 days and before that had been trying to get ahold of them for weeks. They respond once every couple days with a new person so they dont know what you need or are talking about so the conversation just restarts. Absolutely unprofessional.I will NEVER use this company. Simple health was so amazing. So disappointing.

This company is a SCAM! I have been waiting for over a month for any updates on when my delivery is to be expected, there is no communication from the company UNTIL I reached out to them about canceling everything. I was initially with SimpleHealth and I guess they sold their company to Twentyeight Health which I never learned of it until they told me I was being transferred there and then it all went downhill from there. I have run out of pills and they KNEW that it was urgent for me to get them before I ran out of pills which I told them about, but they have ceased all communication and have not sent me any updates on my delivery, BUT they were able to charge my insurance already. I have now started the process with another company and am hoping that one is going to be quick to get me my prescription because its not a want, but a NEED!

Hi Faith, Thanks so much for your positive feedback! We are delighted to hear that you found our services easy and convenient! It seems like there might have been a slight oversight in your rating, as you mentioned positive feedback but awarded us 1 star. If there are any specific aspects that you think we could improve on, I would love to hear from you and address them promptly. Sincerely, Danielle

I was transferred over unexpectedly (what feels like a HIPPA class action waiting to happen) from pill club when they shut down with no warning. I signed into thirtyeights app and finished their questionnaire. I have been on Loryna (or similar generic) for over 15 years, so that’s the only pill I wanted. I didn’t fill in my blood pressure question as I wanted to get it checked. Instead, they didn’t wait and prescribed me a different progestin only pill - something I immediately told them I didn’t want. I called- they don’t answer. I sent email. No answer. Texts. No answers. Website chat box. No answer. It says itll take over a week for a reply. In that time, they billed my insurance for three months of the prescription and shipped it to me. I won’t be able to get my insurance to cover something new now and have to go out of pocket and pay another consultation/ doctor visit. RUN. Do not consider them. They’re a scam and you have No way of cancelling and are trapped when they start sending you medications.

Hi Kaylee, Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns about the transfer of information about your care. We can assure you that this was done in accordance with applicable legal requirements. The Pill Club sent notices to their users that they are ceasing operations. To ensure that their users continue to receive the prescription medication that they need, The Pill Club and its physician practices entered into an agreement with us that includes a secure, confidential, and legally compliant transfer of your medical records and prescription files to Twentyeight. Our team is available to help make any adjustments to your account. If you’d feel more comfortable having your information deleted, please let us know and we can delete your personal information permanently from our system. I have reached out to you for more information so that I can address any concerns you may have. Sincerely, Danielle

I can not for the life of me thank Twentyeight Health enough for what they have done for me! It has been a nightmare trying to find birth control online and I’ve tried all of the well known sites, and I got declined every single time for stupid stuff like medications I’m taking even if it was nothing serious, or because I’m on state insurance, Etc. But then by the grace of god himself, I saw Twentyeight health and was approved! Finally! And they take state insurance! Woo-hoo! You can chat with the nurses if you wish and you have the option of getting plan B and some other things sent every 3 months with your bc supply and you pay nothing extra! I’ve never heard of another birth control company being so generous! They give you a 3 month supply. It’s fast, easy, trustworthy and secure. ❤️ I honestly feel like this is a company that cares about me.
