I have been a TWC customer for more than 4 years and have enjoyed the numerous supplements, prescription medications, and the emergency kits! The Ultimate Spike Detox is one of my favorites along with Ultra NAC and others. I am especially grateful for pioneering and brave work of Dr Peter McCullough treating COVID and publishing the FIRST treatment protocol as well as treating the various vaccine injuries and Long Covid. The only thing I lost was money. I took DROP for a month and a half, and lost no weight. It did, however, cost me almost $1,000 I'll never see again. I reached out to the company requesting a refund and return instructions for my unused 2nd bottle and next steps regarding the best shipping method and return address. I was told they were "unable to accept a return, issue a refund." I was then asked to leave feedback, which I did, but they did not post my 1st 1-star review. I created a 2nd 1-star review and followed up with customer support to find out why it had not yet been included on their websites reviews. Their response was "We appreciate your follow-up regarding your review and understand your desire to see it posted externally on our website. At this time, we want to address your case internally first to ensure everything is handled with the appropriate care and attention. This allows our team to fully review the situation and provide you with the most accurate resolution before further steps are taken. While we do not have a specific time frame to provide for external postings, please be assured that your perspective is important to us and is being shared with the relevant departments." What needs to be "addressed" as there is no possibility of refund? So not only did their product not help me, but they refused to post negative reviews that warn others about a product that may not work for them. Please consider heavily that it may cost you dearly, as this company does not offer a money-back guarantee to back up it's product claims and restricts the public from knowing about its short comings.

I don’t wait for days to see a doctor and be told, if you get worse, go to the Emergency Department. TWC for me has taken the worry out of getting help when I need it.

I have heard so much about the company and ratings, so I went on website to purchase the Sheild. Being a eight year brest cancer surviver I thought the product would help me. Then I saw the cost. I'm retired and on a low income, I can't afford that, my heart sank. So I guess it's only for the wealthy

Though I couldn't afford to buy what I was looking for the communication was quick in getting back to me on product I had heard something about in listening to RAV. I look forward to trying the shield product. I know I've seen a lot of negative on the communications but they were quick in getting back to me on what I was looking for.

Today I signed up for the membership program with the wellness company. I have a subscription coming in a few days and I was wondering if the 15% discount was going to work given such short notice. I called customer service and they were excellent. They provided me all the information I needed and I was very impressed. They also told me that if it didn't work out to call them back and they would make it right. I was very satisfied with the service.
