Wellness should be called.. roll the dice and see what happens.. We say we will call you but we will not we say to save number but we will not call.. if you are lucky .. you can check your email and see that you have to log in to get appt with doc two weeks out from your order than to find out that no one knows the pharmacy .. the number and customer service said could be another 4 weeks.. BUDDY on youtube.. i trusted you.. you lost your credibility for choosing to promote this company..

I have been very happy with the products I purchased. The customer service was great today. Alexa did everything she could to rectify the issue I had called with. It all happened very quickly and efficiently. Grateful.

I’ve used this company several times. I’ve purchased a few supplements, a beef box, 2 medical kits as well as a couple refills for the medical kits. Everything has been above par. The one time I had a question, I used the contact email provided on their website and I received a response within a day or two. This is what happened: I ordered another refill for my medical kit. I filled out the forms and pressed the button to BUY. My card was charged and I waited. Almost 2 weeks went by but I didn’t get anything in the mail. I emailed them asking what was the holdup. A customer service rep named Valentina told me the order did not go through. I guess I was asking for too many refills! Valentina said my refund is on its way back to me but depending on my bank, it could take a little longer. I decided to leave this review because I see so many bad reviews about this company and I hugely disagree with them. I love this company! I 100% trust this company over all the other supplement brands out there. I believe Wellness is actually trying to do good by us, while most of the others are just trying to make money by selling us cheaply made products. I’m a big fan of the Wellness company. They never let me down.

Dr. Drew is promoting antibiotics for colds and flu. They are viruses and antibiotics have no effect on them. Very deceiving. Shame on you Dr. Drew

I’ve been purchasing products from The Wellness Company for several years so I have a fair amount of experience with them. First of all, each product I tried exceeded my expectations which in turn made me want to try other ones. Most excellent was the Ultimate Spike Detox, super results. I just ordered their Emergency Medical Kit and can’t wait for it to arrive. There was a small miscommunication during the ordering process and once I contacted their support line, the issue was cleared within a few hours…I was very surprised and happy. Love this company, will definitely continue to order from them.

I purchased an Emergency First Aid kit from The Wellness Company. The kit was missing the eppi pen which was the main component I was wanting. I called the customer service line and was told that I had to add that item to my order. No where did it say that on my order and I was told that they could not add that item. I was told that I could not return the kit although the website guaranteed satisfaction or money back. This is a SCAM company and I will be filing a suit with the Deptartment of Justice about this company.

I bought a medical emergency kit with the pharmaceuticals. Having had it when I contracted pneumonia, right before the big snowstorm. Roads closed, no transportation, hospitals flooded with flu, Covid-19, and you name it. But made it thru with the kit. But have one question. Why your pills have no taste. My mom worked in a pharmacy for 30yrs, in busy times I assisted. Never have I run into a penicillin. (except for the pink amoxicillin powder we mixed up for kids) that didn’t have the most awful bitter taste. Yours none. Like powder chalk.really had me wondering if I was really taking meds at all. Just thought it’s something you might mention as people expect meds to taste like meds.

I completed a medical intake form for a medication that was not approved due to existing health issues. I appreciate that they were careful and honest about the unsuitability of the medication for me. I was issued a full refund. This happened in less than 48 hours. I can’t speak to the quality of the ingredients as I am not a pharmacist or chemist.
