The product is excellent. I get Ivermectin. Three out of four orders, my medical history only got transferred after I contacted support. Then the order was filled immediately. If your order just sets in tracking, contact support. They have been great. And for my experience, that was Tom. He is great!

I’m writing that after 3 weeks, I do not have my ordered Wellness Kit and Parasite Med. I paid $539 total on Jan. 31, 2026 for these medications. Today, February 20, I called and asked what happened? No clear answer was given as to where the Meds are, so I have asked for my money back. I’m waiting for a call back. I’m not a return customer.

dont bother with anything that requires a telehealth appointment. The doctors are never available. 1 maybe 2 days a week for 1 hour and the days change. Cancelled the order with my credit card company because their customer service is terrible too. Id stay away..
