No Replacement for Product Lost by USPS
I placed an order on 25 Nov 2024 for the Spike Support formula. They shipped to my address beginning on 26 Nov 2024. On 02 Dec 2024, it arrived at my local post office and was supposedly out for delivery. It was not delivered that day and at the time, tracking said that it would be delivered the next business day; however, it was not. I called my local post office who looked for it and, upon not being able to find it, suggested I wait before putting in an official USPS search request. On 10 Dec 2024, I put in a search request through the USPS. All search requests through USPS run for 90 days. At the end of 90 days, I sent TWC's customer service the proof of my $68 purchase, the proof of shipment, USPS tracking saying not delivered, and the USPS expired search request notice stating the shipment was lost. I was originally told by the first customer service agent who responded to my email that they would be happy to replace and could I verify my address. I was appreciative and promptly responded to the email with my address. I was then told by another customer service agent who replied that the 30-day window for "complaints" had passed and that they were unable to issue a return or send a replacement. "For any future purchases, if you notice that the tracking has not been updated within 15 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will immediately issue a refund or send a replacement to ensure you are taken care of." I was trying to do my due diligence before they simply shipped an extra product. There will not be a future purchase. Other companies offer the same products for less, and I prefer to do business with companies who value a customer being thorough and aim to provide a good customer experience.
