I purchased a wellness kit on 12-2-25 and am still waiting for delivery. All requests for a call back went ignored. Your lack of customer service leave me with the feeling you are a fraud. If not, please refund my money. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB immediately.

I did not want auto ship and wanted a refund. But not able to get a refund once something is shipped! I called customer service and like to speak with someone but was directed to email which I find not customer friendly.

Ordered a wellness kit in late November…
Ordered a wellness kit in late November and was charged for it immediately. I received a text right before Christmas saying that my kit had been delivered. However I have never received the kit and now the company will not answer the phone.

I promptly received my medical kit as…
I promptly received my medical kit as described. I needed to order some replacement meds. It was a quick and very easy process - much better than needing to go to the doctor and then go the pharmacy to pick it up. It's also nice to know that I have the medicine in the kit on hand for many of the day to day needs.
