I paid an additional 20 bucks for expedited delivery...5-7 days and came in 10. Asked for a refund and never got one. After emailing support twice with no answer I called and horrible customer service and you can't even understand the person on the phone. Secondly I received a "combination special" and was gifted a free pair of pants...well that didn't come and I asked for another pair and they said no. Lastly, they charged 4 dollars for a worry-free purchase, including a FULL refund if DELAYED or order "DID NOT COME AS DESCRIBED" which both happened to me..yet I got no refund...Waste of money and all they do is lie. Do not buy from this place. All they want is your money, they do not care about you as a customer and will not respect your simple requests.

Shoppers beware this is a scam I purchase a tux from my husband a three-piece tux we are renewing our vows this summer so about the tux early enough for the wedding we were able to alter it did come but the quality was ok missing holes slots on the vest and the suit was too small I called everything was fine I took the pictures I sent them over they approved the pictures they sent me out the form to fill out I sent it back and I never got my money back they won't answer my calls but a few minutes later I get a bogus email message stating that once the merchandise is received they'll review it within the 10 days span of me delivering it and then give me back my money tuxedo action received it July 12th of 2024 it's now July 26th of 2024 and I still haven't received my money please whatever you do do not spend your money at this place ! FedEx took a picture on where it went its a HOUSE ! so buyer beware this is a major scam I did everything they wanted me to do send over the tracking number take pic's of the suit with the yellow tag. This is for a special event in August now I have to scramble to find something else before Aug I'm going to keep trying to get my money back but I will report them to the better Business bureau in California and were I live. .

Great suit!!! My fiancé got the emerald parsley jacquard and it fit like a glove. I also got great customer service from Tuxedo Action. Hats of to you all.

This place is a scam! I placed my order for my son suit for his prom! Within almost 2 weeks they still haven’t shipped so now I had to go purchase a whole new suit I’ve been emailing them and calling no ones answering the phone. I told them to cancel my order the very next day they shipped it and told me not to reject it and just return it back. The day the package came I emailed them I never opened up the package. Then they emailed me saying they want a picture to see the yellow tag I opened up the package you can see the yellow tag cause it’s a big ass tag in the rapping clear package still not open then they reject my return saying they can’t see the yellow tag when it’s big and bold. They made me did all that to just reject my return this is ridiculous that’s not how you tear people. They are a scam

Ordered a door suit and they sent me what they wanted. No matching, no exchanges, no resolution. Don't buy anything from these crooks

This was my first time ordering a suit from them for prom and it made it in time you get to choose the date you want to receive it and it’ll come in on time i would definitely be buying another suit from them again the quality of the suit i received was very nice wasn’t cheap there customer service is amazing there really understanding highly recommend
