Such craftsmanship has always been reminiscent of a world that is exclusively available to the ultra-wealthy. Thus, we at André Emilio wanted to take this idea of creating unique pieces conceived by couturiers with just one client in mind. In this way, we were able to modify this traditional idea of bespoke suiting & merge it into a more accessible business model, so that more and more people can enjoy the luxury of owning a completely one of a kind, exquisitely designed, bespoke suit. I PURCHASED THE CUSTOM MAROON AND BLACK TUXEDO (DESIGN 38540) FOR APPROXIMATELY $600. WHILE THE ONLINE PHOTOS LOOK VERY LUXURY AND HIGH-END, THE ACTUAL MATERIAL FELT MUCH SIMPLER IN PERSON THAN EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE. THE COLOR ALSO APPEARED LIGHTER THAN THE WEBSITE PHOTOS. THE PANTS HAD A VERY LIGHT, SOFT FLOWING FEEL THAT DID NOT GIVE THE STRUCTURED PREMIUM TUXEDO LOOK I WAS EXPECTING. CUSTOMER SERVICE INITIALLY RESPONDED, BUT AFTER I EXPRESSED MY CONCERNS ABOUT THE MATERIAL AND QUALITY, COMMUNICATION STOPPED. I AM NOT SAYING THE TUXEDO LOOKS BAD, BUT IN MY OPINION THE REAL PRODUCT DID NOT FULLY MATCH THE LUXURY PRESENTATION SHOWN ONLINE. I HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS FUTURE BUYERS MAKE A MORE INFORMED DECISION.

JT at Andre Emilio recently made me a beautiful two piece tuxedo for my son's wedding. I was so impressed with the quality and the amazing 2 week delivery... and I needed a navy blue suit for the rehearsal dinner and party the night before the wedding... so I reached back out. They already had my measurements which made it even easier than before. I opted for a finer wool than my Tux, Gaubella super 150 Italian vs Gaubella super 120 for the Tux. Both the Tux and the suit drape like water. Love them both!

The people at Andre Emilio are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. The experience was fantastic from the very start. They helped with measurements and were available every step of the way. When I initially received my 3-piece suit, the vest was not made according to the design posted on the website. However, after a review they made a replacement and shipped it to me completely free of charge. When the replacement arrived it fit exactly how the design showed online. The fabrics used are also very comfortable and high-quality. In my experience, the customer service is second to none.
