-100% artificial materials -Poor quality assurance (order accuracy) -Shady return policy and "customer support" -Wide selection -Fairly quick shipping if you pay extra -They have a section for "Tip" at checkout Would NOT Recommend purchasing from this seller. I ordered a tuxedo for a formal event and paid for the expedited shipping. Received it in about 10 days. Was surprised to see that the sender address is in China since the website says they are based in California. The pant size was incorrect. Not the size I ordered. Customer Support directed me to purchase shipping materials and return shipping service myself. Their policy says they will reimburse return shipping cost up to $15. Fine. Done. Still needed a tux so I placed another order hoping that the size would correct this time. NOPE. Wrong size again. Had to follow the return process a second time paying out of pocket for shipping. The seller issued a full refund for the purchase price of the first order. But, only a partial refund for the second order. Keeping $50 for themselves. Contacted Customer Support again and they gave me the run around before finally ghosting. Had to open a dispute case with Paypal. My recommendations for improvement would be to address the bullet points above and be more honest and transparent with your customers.
