I ordered the Men's White Rose Embroidery Wedding Suit Jacket and Vest × 1 on June 26th and received my order on July 3rd. The jacket was a good fit 44R but the vest was tight so I need to go up a size on the jacket in hopes the vest will fit. The product description is somewhat miss leading, it's listed Men's White Rose Embroidery Wedding Suit Jacket and Vest × 1 and the picture has pants. I ordered a separate pair of black pants when I received the order it came with a pair of white pants along with the black pants I ordered.

The tuxedos I ordered are good quality, very nice looking. My issue is with the returns process. I need to return the suits for a different size, and I've emailed and called. They were quick to provide an RMA#, but have not provided any address to send the returns. I'm frustrated and if this isn't resolved soon, I can't recommend them.

The Suit itself is a very nice quality and is better than anticipated. the problem is I ordered size small 36R and received is XS 34R, Prom is 4.26.25 and I need the correct size sent and received before then and I am having issues with exchanging/ returning the turn around time for response is fast and complicated instructions for return increase delays. I pray it is resolved quickly.

This suit arrived within a couple of weeks. Upon receiving it look nice it just ran a little smaller than my usual size. I contacted customer service and they were ok with exchanging the item. I haven’t received the exchange but I will update after wearing the item

The tuxedo that I bought did not come in the correct size. I ordered a 40R, but it came as a 42; way too big. Working with customers service now to get it exchanged. But they're saying there's an extra fee to exchange it... Even though they sent the wrong size. We'll see what happens next.

Ordered a suit jacket with matching pants and bow tie. Pants came in the wrong size and no bow tie. Got a refund for the bow tie and would like to just return the pants for a different size however, it is becoming very difficult to be able to do so. Hoping we end up getting the pants we are looking for..
