I ordered a tuxedo for my wedding and very happy with the whole process. Great fit and materials used and quality workmanship. Definitely recommend.

Tuxedo for prom
I ordered a tuxedo for my son's prom and it arrived approximately 10 days later. My son loves the suit, however, it is a bit snug. I reached out to customer service and they were very kind and offered to exchange the suit at no additional cost.

The tuxedo that I bought did not come in the correct size.
The tuxedo that I bought did not come in the correct size. I ordered a 40R, but it came as a 42; way too big. Working with customers service now to get it exchanged. But they're saying there's an extra fee to exchange it... Even though they sent the wrong size. We'll see what happens next.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. They are complete frauds. I ordered 3 suits. I received three jackets and one pair of pants. I’ve reached out to them so I can send the jackets back that are missing the pants. I reached out immediately, the day I received my package. The 10 days will expire this week. They have yet to send me a return label. Please do not order anything from these people. I paid $20 for expedited shipping as well.

Quick responses, decent quality items
The shopping experience so far has been pretty good. I accidentally purchased the wrong suit, noticed before they shipped the item, and they replied to my cancelation request within several hours. The process for exchanging items is a little bit confusing, but talking to a rep on the phone clarified the process. Overall, I would definitely buy from them again if needed. A bit out of my price range normally.

This company is messing with my refund
This company is messing with my refund. I followed all their ridiculous refund rules, but they’re still giving me the runaround. I’ve emailed and called twice, only to be hung up on by someone named Gerline. I’m beyond frustrated! Their return policy is a scam. Please do not support this company—I won’t stop fighting for my refund!
