Tuxedo Action SCAMMERS
Tuxedo Action mailed the wrong tuxedo. Although I followed their refund policy, they never refunded me. Modern day robbery!!!

I was manipulated into giving a 5 star review to get an exchange.
I was previously manipulated into leaving a positive review in order to receive an exchange for the damaged suit I received and a refund for the ill fitting suit. They said they would consider it if I left a 5 star review and they linked me to their trust pilot. It cost me $50 to mail the suits back to them and the back and fourth to get to the point of exchange took a month. I have received the new suit and they received the 2 returned suits in February. It is now April and despite several attempts to contact them about getting a refund for the returned suit, they still have not obliged and sent the money to me. They respond saying sorry and that they will initiate the refund but we never receive anything. This organisation is a complete joke. Their sizing is some kind of imaginary system which makes no sense so it’s almost impossible to get the size right even by using their size guide. Don’t do it if you you’re not prepared for a nightmare experience.

Ridiculous Process to complete an Exchange!!!
This has been a very challenging process. We ordered a tuxedo but the jacket was smaller than it measured. I asked for them to provide me the information to exchange and they stated that I had to place a review take a picture and send it back before instructions could be provided. I'm still waiting on instructions. This is ridiculous. I am requesting a full refund at this point. I have never experienced an exchange this challenging. WOW!!!
