I bought 2 and love them
I bought 2 for my son and i,we rode them for about a month in the trails and they are awesome bikes for dirt and trail riding. I needed more power and torque so I ordered 2 60v 24ah batterys, tuned the controllers and we love them even more..next we will upgrade the controllers and motors..cant wait!! I'm thinking of getting the blue 3000w soleil ..that color is sweet!

Thanks so much for sharing your experience! It’s awesome to hear that you and your son have been enjoying the Soleil01 together and that’s exactly the kind of riding memory we love to see. And big respect for the upgrades, sounds like you’re really dialing in the bike to match your riding style. We appreciate your support and can’t wait to see where your Tuttios take you next!

The bikes are great the service is lack luster at best nice people on the other end. The policy and time frames are terrible

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry that your experience with our service didn’t meet your expectations. For the replacement battery-lock key, we do need to confirm the correct key code and have it remade at the factory, which unfortunately makes the process and shipping time longer than a standard request. We understand the inconvenience this caused, and we sincerely apologize. Our team is already working on optimizing this process so future requests can be handled faster and more smoothly. We appreciate your patience and your trust in Tuttio, and we’re committed to doing better.

The solio 01 is a really good bike
The solio 01 is a really good bike for everything, it has good suspension acceleration and top speed but the range is not really good. The customer service is really good, they respond fast and are very nice I got the sf addition and only half the fork came in and they spent no time to ship me more. I also got the bike before Halloween so I was supposed to get the Halloween package but they sent me a large headlight instead because they were out.

Regarding the range and the Halloween package, we appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for choosing Tuttio, we’re glad you’re enjoying the ride, and we’re always here if you need support.

I ordered a tuttio soleil 01 and the estimated delivery date was 2 weeks, i got it in 6 days, the soleil 01 is very high quality, good brakes, good suspension, 10-20 mi range depending on how you use the throttle, i would 100% reccomend it to a beginner biker.
