Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We're really happy to hear your Soleil01 has been treating you well these past five months. It’s awesome that it became not just your first ebike, but also something that brought you new riding friends — that’s exactly the kind of joy we hope our bikes bring. We truly appreciate the recommendation. Enjoy the rides and the mods, and thank you for being part of the Tuttio family!

Well I own an auto glass repair shop…
Well I own an auto glass repair shop and my business partner and I wanted to have an e bike to ride around the Halloween 🎃 festivities. Tuttio sports made that deadline happen When my Bike was delivered it was signed for by someone I don't know and stolen. Now I had the insurance thank Goodness. Now I will be letting y'all know how painful that process goes. Oct,31 2025 claim was filed for stolen package. And more reviews to come.

Thank you so much for your support of TuttioSport. Regarding the delivery issue, we have already followed up with the shipping and insurance team. It appears that the claim did not progress smoothly because the email you initially contacted was not the correct insurance claims address. We’ve now informed the insurance provider and asked them to reach out to you directly to continue the information-exchange process. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and we’ll continue to assist to make sure everything moves forward properly.
