Tuttio was so patient with me
Tuttio was so patient with me, and even gave me their full attention. I really appreciate that. They tried their best to help, but I was able to fix the problem my self. Just really glad they hey took time out of their day to help me.

Horrible set up
The bike shipped super fast but was in a ton of pieces with no instructions. The video in one of the ads made it look like a few pieces. Get ready it id not and took us 3 days. Even the breaks have to be put together. Let's hope my child doesn't fly off due to malfunction. No instructions at all. If I knew it came like this no way I would have ordered it. This is impossible for most people. Luckily I have a retired carpenter in the family who was able to help. These must just be preboxed in a million pieces just waiting to be shipped. Hopeful most people know what they are doing so there are no injuries

The bike normally ships 85–90% pre-assembled, with the remaining steps designed to be straightforward, so hearing that yours arrived in many separate pieces with no instructions is concerning. It sounds like your box may not have been packed correctly, and we absolutely want to look into that. We’re glad your family was able to help with the final assembly, but you shouldn’t have needed a retired carpenter to complete it. We also provide digital instructions and video guides, and we apologize if they weren’t included or accessible with your order. Your child’s safety is extremely important to us. The bike arrived sooner then expected
The bike arrived sooner then expected! My son has been riding it almost daily with no issues. He absolutely loves it! I do wish it would've had a headlight though, but he bought a few items to modify it, along with a headlight.

ZERO install instructions!!
Absolutely NO instructions were included and finding install videos was a bust! They do not mount in intuitive locations and I'm not even sure I installed them correctly.

Purchase this bike for my grandson.
Purchased this bike for my grandson. For the price, the quality seems to be on point. Between the manual and the video, the bike was easy to assembled. I also purchased the extended warranty. In the coming days, we will know the durability and hopefully we will not need the extended warranty. From what I have seen so far, I am confident we will be happy with the purchase.
