I bought my son an ICT Tuttio bike and it worked great for the first month. Then it quit working, I emailed the company 2 separate times and still have not received a response. I tried to take it to my local bike dealer and they said they could not help me with the issue. The unit will not power on, I charged the battery and tested the output, it is good. Not sure what to do now, I would recommend anyone looking for an electric bike not buy from this company as there is no support for troubleshooting. The company has poor customer service as there is no phone number to call and they don’t respond to email. Now I’m stuck with a $1800 e-bike that doesn’t operate

Hello i order i tuttio bike for my son and web site promised fast delivery to Norway = 1 week - I knew that time was not realistic. The real Problem is that after 2 weeks and iteam still was not shipped acording to tracking link that support did not answer. After several mail and chat atempt with no reply i asked for expected deliver or money back. Finaly i got reply but no explanation or choise. Just that Tuttio will return money whith inn 10 days ( 3 days ago) Im waiting for money back. I would rather have a choise if it was given then money back. I will update this review after money is recived if not it is a scam. Still i have a boy 13 years old that Are very dissapointed.
