My son loves this bike
My son loves this bike. The assembly experience was somewhat frustrating as the instructions are lacking in detail. I had to reach out to customer service regarding several issues which I am being told are being corrected. The bike overall once put together is great. The shipping was fast and the parts that shipped separately did have a tracking number as well. Overall I would recommend this product.

The E-bike is a very good bike to use…
The E-bike is a very good bike to use daily. The reason for 3 stars is that it was cumbersome to communicate regarding a warranty part but still hoping it will all work out in the end

The bikes are great the service is lack…
The bikes are great the service is lack luster at best nice people on the other end. The policy and time frames are terrible

For the replacement battery-lock key, we do need to confirm the correct key code and have it remade at the factory, which unfortunately makes the process and shipping time longer than a standard request.
