I ordered an Arc for my son, and was so happy with that I bought Soliel GB for myself. Both bikes are solid and made well. The direction for the Arc are a little more in depth but the Soliel wasn’t too hard. Either a screw fell out or was forgotten but customer service was very helpful. I primarily judge companies on their customer service and they were quick and helpful. Because of this, I will probably buy another for my daughter. Thank you.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that both the ARC-I and the Soleil01 GB have been a great fit for your family. We apologize for the missing screw, but we’re glad our customer service team was able to help you quickly—your trust means a lot to us. It’s awesome to know you’re considering another one for your daughter. We truly appreciate your support! Enjoy the rides with the whole family!

This is a great beginner bike or even for people who want to get around and hit jumps. Compared to other bikes the speed may seem slow but it is way faster once you get on the bike. Overall this is a fantastic bike

We bought the Tuttio Soleil 01 for my 11-year-old son a few months ago and it has completely exceeded our expectations. The power and speed are unreal (easily hits 37 mph), the battery life is fantastic (40+ miles on a single charge), and it feels extremely well-built and solid. It’s quiet, low-maintenance, and way more fun than any gas-powered bike we’ve ever owned. My son rides it almost every single day on trails and around the neighborhood—he’s totally obsessed and so are all his friends. What really sets Tuttio apart is their customer service. Every time I’ve reached out (questions before purchase and a couple follow-ups after), the team has been lightning-fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s obvious they care about their customers and stand behind their product 100%. If you’re looking for the ultimate electric dirt bike for a kid (or even an adult who wants to have fun), this is it. Worth every penny and then some. Already telling everyone I know to buy one! Thank you Tuttio for making such an awesome bike and for the truly outstanding support!
