So good we bought another one!
After how much our son loved his Glacier Blue Soleil01, we ended up buying another one for his younger brother and then our neighbor bought one too! These bikes have basically turned into a whole little neighborhood obsession.
The moment the boys get home, they jump out of the car, run to the garage, and take off riding. They even named their own little bike gang 😂 Watching them play outside, laugh, and ride together instead of staring at screens for hours has been such a gift.
The bikes are sturdy, smooth, and easy for kids to control, which gives them confidence and keeps the fun going. It’s rare to find something that gets kids this excited every single day, but TuttiSport nailed it.
Highly recommend!! Clearly we’re not the only ones who think so!

Outstanding Product And Customer Service
I purchased the Tuttio Soleil01 GB (Glacier Blue) for my son’s birthday and couldn’t be happier with both the product and customer service. The product arrived earlier than expected and was packaged extremely well to ensure no damage as well as ease of unboxing. A few portions of the assembly were a bit challenging but I was able to work through them fairly quickly. I am closing in on 1 month with the Soleil01 GB and every time I ride it or even look at it I am consistently impressed with the product’s quality, both the materials and craftsmanship. The materials are all of the highest quality including frame, wheels, tires, chain, brakes, suspension, seat, and battery. Especially the suspension which is very high quality (front and rear), I find myself bracing for impact going off a curb or similar sized bump only to realize how amazing it dampens them. The bike is powerful, agile, and an absolute joy to ride. The bike also benefits from clever engineering and craftsmanship. An example is the battery fits perfectly, no slack, has a handle on top for ease of use, you can literally just feel the quality of the components. Just the way the battery lid fastens into place, the way it can be further tightened, installation and removal of the seat, etc. The tires have outstanding traction, look fantastic (very aggressive), and are of high quality as are the wheels. The whole bike is a sight to behold, my son and I will sometimes take a trip into the garage just to admire it!
Then there is the customer service which is equally if not more impressive. I had the pleasure working with Herry who was consistently prompt and thorough with his responses. Herry exceeded my expectations in every way including: assisting with product selection, ensuring shipping was expedited so the bike would be delivered in time for my son’s birthday, and guidance with assembly and product care. Herry is an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him for all of your Tuttio support needs.
Overall, I highly recommend Tuttio for their high quality products, innovative and thoughtful engineering, stellar craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.

I just want to say that the customer service has been above exceptional! I have ordered two of these for Christmas! The 2nd one is still being shipped as I ordered it after the 1st one and with delivery being delayed due to FedEx and the high demand, Henry at Tuttio has been extremely responsive to my inquiries. Well, it's a great bike.
The performance is top-notch and the price is perfect for getting started without breaking the bank.
The main drawback of the bike is the battery life; once the bike is derestricted, it drains in less than an hour.
For modifications, I advise to install a Surron throttle grip because the original one had too long a travel.

Amazing Customer Service! Tuttio truly cares about their customers!
My son loved his Soleil bike so much he used it everyday over the summer. As an active boy trying to do tricks he did some damage to the bike. I reached out to Tuttio for help on trouble shooting the issues. They replied right away and even sent videos to help me figure out the problem. Finally we figured out it was the throttle and they offered to send the part for free just had to pay shipping! I couldn’t be anymore satisfied and pleased with the customer service!
