God cykel til pengene
Min søn har haft sin Tuttio i et halvt års tid nu og jeg er imponeret over kvaliteten. Og nu har vi et problem med bagsvingeren, skrev til support og de er i gang med at sende en ny på garantien. God Service!

My son and his friends have these bikes and love them. Awesome details from color to lights. He is hooked.

My son’s Arc-1
My son and several or his friends have these bikes and they absolutely love them. It’s fun seeing them ride and the confidence they get as they grow in their riding experiences. I have had a couple of intersections with customer service and I’m amazed at the quick and thorough response I’ve received. Highly recommend!!

I do not recommend buying this brand
I do not recommend buying this brand. The customer service is terrible, and the warranty is even worse. I bought it for my son, and after only 200 miles of use, the rear bearings had already failed. I contacted them, and they said there was no warranty and that the problem must have been caused by something external, like a crash. I sent a video showing that the bike is intact on the outside, but they keep lying. It seems the warranty ends the moment the bike is delivered to your home. Be warned, because I do not recommend it to anyone.

Overall great quality!
Overall quality and performance is great. Had an issue with the rear wheel motor after 7 months but customer service has been great and will ship a warranty replacement motor.

I loved riding my tuttio ICT as soon as…
I loved riding my tuttio ICT as soon as It had the first warranty issue they were quick to respond. The ICT is very strong and has good suspension I loved it.
