Company that stands by its products!
I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent support I received regarding my son’s ICT bike. Although the bike stopped working six months after purchase, your team responded promptly to my initial email. After sending multiple replacement parts over the course of a two months—essentially rebuilding the bike—it is now fully operational again. I am very grateful for your team's dedication and for sticking with us throughout the entire process. Thank you for the fantastic support!

Great Customer Service/Support
My grandson has Tuttio Soulie 01 Dirt Bike. He dropped it and broke the throttle. After contacting customer service/support and providing the information that they had requested; they contacted to let me know that his bike was still under warranty and they shipped a replaced throttle free of charge. They are fast to respond/reply when emailing.

Tuttio Sport is highly reliable…
Tuttio Sport is a highly reliable company with great bike designs for excellent prices. My favorite model is the Tuttio ICT. It is a fast, high quality bike featuring a truly unique, heavy duty moped style frame that stands out on the road and handles incredibly well. In terms of performance, I managed to get a solid 30 miles of range using the throttle only, which is very impressive for this build. The customer service is also helpful and fast. I had a quick question regarding the bike, and their support team got back to me right away with a clear answer. I highly recommend them!

After looking for a beginner friendly…
After looking for a beginner friendly bike I stumbled upon the Tuttio ICT. The problem with most other beginner bikes is the were uncomfortable for me cause I'm 6'4-5 But the ICT fits me well. It's the smoothest hub motor bike Ive ever rode personally.
