Son absolutely loves his tuttio
Son absolutely loves his tuttio. Performs greatly. Had an electrical issue with controller and it’s being replaced by tuttio,very easy to deal with

Tuttio has been good
I have had my bike for about 6 months and tuttio has been great. They even sent me a care package. My motor ended up having my some issues but they offered to send me a new one for free. Overall tuttio has great customer service and I have had a lot of fun riding my bike.

Love our tuttio bike!
The Tuttio sport we purchased has been a great buy. It’s been reliable and it looks sleek. The customer support team has been really helpful with the one issue we had. Will be buying a bike for our younger child when he is of age

Terrible customer service and products
I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing these e-bikes. Within just four days of riding, one of the brake caliper lines completely split, creating a serious safety concern. While the company eventually sent a replacement part, it took nearly three weeks after I reported the issue. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. Within four months, both bikes began falling apart. On one bike, the throttle assembly and hand brake completely broke. On the other, the hand brake failed and cables are now hanging loose from the bike. Since April, I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company through multiple email addresses and have received absolutely no response. At this point, the lack of customer service is just as disappointing as the poor quality of the bikes themselves. These bikes have proven to be unreliable, unsafe, and poorly made. The company’s complete lack of support after the sale has made the experience even worse. I regret this purchase and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Comfort, ease, distance and away you go!!
My son wanted the tuttio after all his research and wouldn't change his mind on getting a different one. This bike has changed his life. The freedom he gets and joy of being able to explore is the best! We've had a few problems with the bike but the company has always been great when we reach out. They respond quickly and are eager to help. They honor the warranty and ask for as many details to get the bike fixed. They've been great with sending me the parts needed and with how to instructions. Overall, I'm happy my son chose the right company as his first ebike. We actually own 2 tuttio bikes now since we loved the first so much.
