The replacement P3 has arrived as promised, been connected and thoroughly tested all afternoon and evening yesterday.    It’s perfect. I played probably a dozen LPs of varying age and weight and I’m happy to say, the Rega performed flawlessly; no power interruptions, no feedback, flutter, humming, or any of the distractions of its predecessor.    The best part is the experience I had with you and the other Customer Focused members of your team.
