I’ve bought 80% of my record collection from TurntablLab and I gotta say they are the greatest especially if you live in an area without a local record shop. The Customer support is also one of the greatest the two times I needed support they responded within an hour or two and assisted professionally and gave great advise! 100% will buy from them again 😁

I received excellent customer service from my first call for information about the product to answers to my questions after receiving the product. The representatives were both knowledgeable & patient with my needs. Thank you, Lydia Johnson

I had many questions regarding turntable purchases and setup options. Kyle took the time to answer my every inquiry and helped me decide on the best setup for me. The customer service is top-notch. If you are looking for an excellent assortment of hi-fi stereo equipment or vinyl records, check out Turntable Lab. A+++

Contacted support. Perry initially provided incorrect information about cartridges and based on that I put my order through only to have to cancel it once corrected info was provided. Imagine it had shipped and only then I would find out that the wrong cartridge had been provided? I'd have to go through a whole mess of contacting customer support, shipping it back out, etc. He also mentioned photos for the listing but there were none specific of the actual item being sold so no way to actually verify the condition, and it's misleading. There is an alternative for sale but at only $100 off (only a 4.3% discount) for an open-box is hardly a deal, especially when questions about 9/10 rating are answered vaguely as: "Generally, the 9/10s are like-new, sometimes the box was opened and nothing was touched." Generally does not help; I need to know specifically, especially when it comes to high-end audio equipment. And again, that insignificant discount hardly represents an appropriate deal.

The way a company handles a problem tells a lot about them. I recently had an issue with a shipment from TTL and after a brief email exchange, they are making it right. Communication is key. I can recommend this company as they carry quality items and if there is a problem, they go the extra mile to make things right.

Due to error on their end, I won’t be receiving a preorder copy of Josie and the pussycats. And a $5 coupon just feels more like rubbing salt on an open wound for the hassle I have to go if I ever want a copy now. I’m forced to work and spend more money now. Keep your lousy coupon

Turntable lab is an excellent vendor to do business with. Very quick to process orders and more importantly they back up their products and are very responsive to deal with problems or concerns. I know this from experience with a recent purchase. The fact that it wasn't that expensive overall but still delt with promptly and directly speaks to excellent customer service. Excellent company and wonderful to do business with. If you are into vinyl, they are great both with the high dollar products and records themselves.

Big shoutout to Sam, turntable lab customer service, for getting me taken care of. Had a defective turntable and he has made the exchange process extremely smooth. Can’t wait to get back in action. Looking forward to my replacement :)
