I purchased a $595 Ortofon 2M Black Stylus from TTL in July. The suspension on the stylus may have failed and Ortofon recommending sending it back for replacement which I did. I received the replacement stylus in an open unsealed container and was told it was a new replacement. It did not appear to be new and was identical to the one I had sent them and even dragged on the record like the one I had originally sent. I reached back out to customer service and got no response. So I reached out to Ortofon directly with photos and they confirmed the stylus was faulty and immediately had me send to them for replacement. Unfortunately my experience with Turntable Lab was not what I had expected or hoped.

Ordered a demo aluminum sub platter for my Debut Carbon EVO. It said Classic EVO so I assumed that was my turntable. Turns out it wasn't and when I inquired about returning the piece that doesn't fit my turntable, I was told that they wouldn't accept my return. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again will I give them my money.

Great company that stands behind their products and their prices. Can't say enough good about them. Their business practices are just top notch.

Bought a gift certificate for my music enthusiast son. Had a question prior to purchase and they responded quickly. Wonderful selection and gift certificate easy to purchase online.

What can I say? The TTL team is consistently THE BEST! I recently bought a turntable and speaker set from them and let me tell you how they made it a great experience. First, they do a great job of curating turntable packages for different levels of consumers (entry level, intermediate, audiophile) and posting reviews on the gear which helped me get my research started quickly on a topic I didn’t know much about. After picking my own turntable and speaker set that wasn’t on their pre-built packages list, I emailed their support team to check if they would offer a bundle discount for my custom choices. With no hesitation or need to advocate, they immediately credited me back $100 to make my purchase align with their pre-built bundle discount. That’s some killer service! Between their selection, expert advice, and genuine care for their customers, I’ll be coming back to TTL for all my audio needs!

I ordered two vinyl records. One for a friend, one for myself. I only received one but charged for two, plus $10 shipping.

Shipping was ridiculously slow. I ordered a record from them and a couple other places online. My other orders came in before they even processed mine. They gave excuses about blizzards and COVID completely aloof to the idea that other places are dealing with the same issues, with smaller staff, and manage to get orders filled in time. Just simply disrespectful to their consumers.

Worst customer service ever.
