The Customer support is also one of the greatest the two times I needed support they responded within an hour or two and assisted professionally and gave great advise! 100% will buy from them again 😁

The way a company handles a problem tells a lot about them. I recently had an issue with a shipment from TTL and after a brief email exchange, they are making it right. Communication is key. I can recommend this company as they carry quality items and if there is a problem, they go the extra mile to make things right.

Turntable lab is an excellent vendor to do business with. Very quick to process orders and more importantly they back up their products and are very responsive to deal with problems or concerns. I know this from experience with a recent purchase. The fact that it wasn't that expensive overall but still delt with promptly and directly speaks to excellent customer service. Excellent company and wonderful to do business with. If you are into vinyl, they are great both with the high dollar products and records themselves.

Communication was fast, and they provided the support I needed, and I am now enjoying Queen, Led Zeppelin, and Sinatra, with the crispiest and best sounding speakers I ever had.
