The products might be fine, but Turmerry's customer service is a nightmare. It took five attempts over several days just to reach an overseas call center and be assisted by someone reading from a prepared script. When I first placed my order I told that it would arrive this week; instead, today I was told it's on backorder and "may be sent in the coming weeks." Since Turmerry routes all of their publicly listed phone numbers through this call center, there's absolutely no way to get a straight answer or reach anyone at the actual company. If you enjoy endless frustration, go ahead and order from Turmerry.

My wife & I for our upcoming 50th anniversary decided to buy new mattress (so exciting). We have a split king (2 - twin XL to make a king) due to our different needs (my heart condition requires I have my feet elevated a little & her nasal condition requires her head raised) We purchased 2 twin xl mattresses from Turmerry (never looking at the returns page - we did not plan on returning them). The mattress did not work out for either of us. These mattresses are way too much like sleeping on a water bed when you move in the bed the whole bed moves. And more than once I rolled to the outside of the bed and the edge support didn't hold and I fell out of bed. I contacted support to return these and they then told me their policy was to allow only 1 return in a 12 month period. WOW, why didn't this pop up on the ORDERING page when I enter 2 as the quantity. I would at least have know and would probably not have proceeded with the purchase. In order to find this policy you have to scroll way down (to 2nd page of the shipping & returns policy page). I have started the return process for the one mattress (not that we want either) and they made me take pictures of ALL SIDES of the Mattress Cover, and then send it to them. They did send me a mailing label (but I had the extra cost of $7.50 for a box & packing). It has been over a week since they received the mattress cover and they still haven't given me the authorization to get rid of the mattress. NOW getting rid of the mattress is another problem. I am 75 and my wife 72. Moving these 4 large pieces of latex foam is very hard for us. We would have to make 2 trips to the donation center (30 minutes each way) because we won't be able to get all the sections in the car at once. If we elect to cut them up we would have to make a real lot of trips to the convenience center (we do not have trash pickup where we are).

I ordered a latex mattress from Turmerry a month ago. When it had been a week and it hadn't shipped yet I reached out to them and they said the cover to the mattress was back ordered, it would be restocked within a week and my order would be prioritized. This has been going on week after week. Now they are saying within two weeks. I canceled my order. They should NOT be advertising that " Most Orders Placed By 3 PM EST Ship Same Day". Disappointed I wasted my time.

I tried the mattress topper last night with the bamboo cooling sheets and it worked well. Love the mattress topper! In just one night it has made a difference in my sleep. Trying to get my partner to try it out in hopes that he will get one too. He is a bit resistant at the moment, but I will keep working on him. His issues aren't nearly as severe as mine, but I know this mattress topper will help him too. Btw, I was a little concerned about how it might work with an adjustable bed. It worked perfectly. Between the mattress and a little zero gravity setting, the pain relief is absolutely amazing. Between the severe degenerative disks in my neck and lower back, all over nerve pain as related to multiple sclerosis, upper left lung lobe removed due to cancer, osteoarthritis, and age related pain in general, I am absolutely surprised and greatly appreciative of this mattress topper. Last night was my first night with very little pain and discomfort. From my heart, thank you.

My husband and I bought a mattress that was too firm. So we bought a topper from Turmerry and it was also too firm. It took a while, but we found a place that would take our Turmerry topper. Then we ordered a soft Turmerry topper, which is working quite well for us. The people at Turmerry understood our situation and refunded our money for the topper that was too firm.

I bought 2 of their shredded latex pillows in December for our guest rooms. They are kind of small and don't have a lot of stuffing in them. The stuffing is shredded latex that has been cut into different sized pieces, most of which are quite small. So they feel soft and not too supportive. But pillows are such a personal thing and they would work for people who don't want a firm pillow. Turmerry decided to refund my money even though the 120 days had passed for which I am grateful. I am hoping to try one of their other types of pillows in the near future.

Save your money and buy elsewhere. We ordered a king-size comforter and received the wrong size — it was clearly mislabeled. Within months of normal use, the fill inside also started clumping badly, leaving thin patches in some spots and dense bunched-up clumps in others. This isn't wear and tear; it's a manufacturing defect in how the fill was distributed. When I filed a warranty claim, Turmerry's "warranty team" ignored the actual defect I reported (fill clumping) and instead responded as if I'd complained about shrinkage from washing — something I never said. They used that mischaracterization to deny the claim outright, essentially implying I was lying about how I cared for the product. After a long back-and-forth, their "final decision" was a flat denial, with a 30% discount offered as a consolation prize toward buying yet another one of their comforters. A company that ships the wrong item, ignores the actual problem you report, and then questions your honesty instead of making it right is not a company I can recommend. Look elsewhere before you spend your money here.

Purchased a 2”king mattress topper with factory installed cover (extra $42 for the cover). The latex foam topper is fine (not magical, but fine). The cover is an ill-fitting loose sack that hangs. I wrote to customer service—with attached photos—requesting a refund on the cover ($42 of the $350-plus spent). Their reply: remove cover, wash it and see if it shrinks. If it doesn’t shrink to fit, remove it again, cut it up, and send photos of the cut up cover. Only then will they refund the price of the cover. The entire point of having a factory-installed cover was to eliminate wrestling a giant piece of latex into a zippered cover. Turmerry removed all accountability from themselves and put the work of fixing the situation on the customer. UPDATE: In addition to this review, I wrote to Turmerry again requesting a fix for the ill-fitting cover. Similar answer (cut it up and send photos). But once they received notice of the Trust Pilot review, they contacted me and said they would indeed refund the $42 and, in exchange, requested I update this review to reflect the refund. It’s a shame that appearance and public perception were more important than customer retention / fixing the issue to begin with.
