TurmerryReviews of turmerry.com

The products are top notch! But order fulfillment not quite so hot. I have made two orders in the last few months and both were incorrect. One wasn't obvious until after I'd unpacked and trying to stuff a mattress topper that had been vacuum packed back into it's packaging without the right tools wasn't going to happen. In both cases, customer service didn't seem too bothered, stuff happens after all. So DO NOT order stuff with the expectation that you'll actually get to use it right away. Also not impressed with having to leave info about my sleep habits to leave a review on a product on their site. Invasive.

Great company to work with! Very satisfied with the customer service department and with my new mattress pad and buckwheat pillow. I have slept better with these two products than I have in years! The mattress pad is supportive without being stiff and also not too soft. It is more firm than I initially thought it would be but I am so glad I purchased it. The pillow will conform to your head and neck in whichever manner you like and I have no neck stiffness and soreness. Extremely happy and satisfied! Highly recommend this company!! Extra benefit is that their products are eco friendly and organic…big plus for me!

The product that I ordered was hard to find until the website was found. The pillow was exactly what I hoped it would be. The website was easy to navigate and the turn around on the order was short. Well done Turmerry. Thank you, Oren

The wheat hull pillow I purchased is amazing! I have used these pillows for years and would never go back to a conventional pillow! It is cool and conforms to to your liking, making it very comfortable for a great nights sleep. I never leave home without it! I have one at my daughters house, so when I visit, I sleep restfully! The price was great and and delivery was on time. I will continue to do business with this great company in the future!

I purchased a latex mattress topper and my experience from start to finish was perfect. I received my topper well packaged, slept on it and what a positive difference it has made in my sleep. No complaints and happy with their fast service!

My wife and I are hot sleepers and figured it was time to find a solution that did not involve fans and frozen water bottles. After much online research, we decided on a latex mattress topper. After more research, we decided on Turmerry. The topper arrive in less than a week, fluffed up immediately, and had no smell. We let it 'rest' for a day and put it on our bed. The next morning, my wife gave it a very pleased thumbs up. Then I looked at our pillows...10 years old and turning hard in their old age. We ordered two from Turmerry...they arrived 3 days later. When morning came, we realized what good decisions we had made...no more back, neck, or hip pain PLUS a fine night's sleep. We are glad we trusted this small, woman-owned company.

Though I've not interacted with Turmerry staff directly, I can say that I really am enjoying my extra-firm mattress topper. My wife and I have different preferences for mattress firmness, so having this product has really helped us. I do especially appreciate their commitment to product manufacturing using sustainable natural resources.

The Turmerry mattress topper is absolutely incredible! I’m a senior citizen who suffers with chronic neck pain, hip pain, and low back pain. I have tried so many different toppers with no positive results. I came across the Turmerry website, read many positive reviews, and decided to give them a try. I was hesitant to spend $400+ on a topper and cover, because I thought it would be another waste of money. But their guarantee is so good that I knew I could get a refund if it didn’t work out. I received my topper on May 6th and let it air out for a week. It had an earthy smell, not bad, but I’m very sensitive to smells, so waited until it was gone. My first night on the bed was Sunday, Mother’s Day. What a wonderful surprise to wake up Monday morning with no low back pain whatsoever. I was in disbelief. I’m a side sleeper, and my hips didn’t hurt during the night. I’ve slept on the topper three nights now, and each morning has been the same, no low back pain. The Turmerry soft mattress topper makes you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful topper. It’s totally incredible. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a better night’s sleep. I can’t guarantee it will help everyone, but it has certainly helped me!!!! Thank you Turmerry for making such a stellar product available to consumers.
