Turbo tenant is a great platform to keep everything organized. The listing process is straightforward. Tenants can apply directly and the reports come back very efficiently. They’ve priced the application fee at the right amount which we all appreciate. They also advertised my listings on multiple websites and updated everything as I made changes to my listings.
