I've been using for a year now. I like all the features they have. Leases are a breeze to complete. Love tenants being able to pay on the platform. Their placement of sharing listings to many sites has helped keep our properties full. Highly recommend!

Turbo Tenant has a wonderful accounting option that can be linked to track all expenses and income of multiple accounts in addition to the rent payments received through TurboTenant. You can market your property, screen applicants and send a lease agreement all through the software. Then you can collect rent through the software which helps automate the rent collection process. The customer service gets 5 stars because they are very helpful to resolve whatever issue you are having.

Managing my first rental property felt overwhelming until I discovered Turbo Tenant. It was a lifesaver! I had a prospective tenant interested in my apartment, and as a first-time landlord, I was unsure of the process. Turbo Tenant simplified everything. I easily shared the application link, and from there, the platform guided me through the entire process. They truly offer everything you need to successfully manage every aspect of your rental, from tenant screening to lease creation. Beyond the comprehensive features, the customer support is exceptional. Jenny and Kevin were incredibly helpful and responsive when I needed assistance. Their support made a huge difference. If you're a landlord, especially a new one, I highly recommend Turbo Tenant. It takes the stress out of rental management and provides the tools you need to succeed. You won't regret it!

Absolutely Horrible! They block the account even though all notarized property ownership documents have been shared including utilities. their reps seem polite but frankly the whole system is incompetent, discriminatory and racist. Follow-up: The company followed up not to ensure quality management but to remove the reps first names from the review! How incompetent is that!
