I was so excited about this scooter until a valve jammed into inner tire after a week of having it, so the tire can't be inflated. I've been trying to get a replacement inner tire sent for a month and have been emailing and calling customer support. I'm a very patient person but things are moving so slowly! Update: the part arrived after a month of back and forth with customer service. They asked me to remove this review, but I think other prospective customers should be aware of the inefficiencies they might face if they have to deal with customer service.

***Update- after almost 3 weeks since I received the scooter and after spending 40 minutes on an intercontinental call at my own expenses, I was told that they had contacted the only bike shop they found (in another city) to ask them if they could change the break cable for me and they'll let me know as soon as the shop replied (I was told the email was sent while I was holding the line). Well when I sent a follow up email after a week they asked me to contact the shop first. So basically this customer support sends bot automated replies to your emails (always the same ones no matter what you reply) and the only nice person that tries to help (Romario at the phone customer service)is just ignored so I am left with having to contact the Better Business Bearou. So please stop reading this review or any other and just spare yourselves this nightmare. Buy from a real company with a real customer support that cares for customers safety. Have to give one star since there's no option to give zero. This might be long but PLEASE read it if you are considering buying from them. I read few reviews that say the products is OK but customer service is non existing and warned that if you buy the product you'd better pray you won't have to deal with them. Well I wish I listened to them and stayed away from this company. Please keep in mind they work non EU time so for me this means Customer Support is one email per day (in the middle of the night so by the time I reply in the morning they are not in work for that day). I received my brand new scooter with the brake cable damaged, sharply bent (almost snapped in half) and with the wrapping material damaged (open leaving the wire exposed), I emailed them with pictures and they suggested to replace it but their engineer warn that it could be treaky so they advise to bring it to the local repair shop to replace it (like anyone has the same cable or a compatible one or would take the responsibility) or to tape it. TAPE IT like is a toy. I explained to them I don't have a local repair shop (for my previous one to change a tire I had to go all the way to Dublin to a freelancer's house because no shop would work on a product that is not their own) and since I use the scooter for daily commute I don't feel safe taping it and I won't compromise on my safety. They replied back saying that if they were to "help me" send it to their engineer to work on it it would take a really long time and I won't be able to enjoy my scooter for very long. This is ridiculous, they are literally scaring and encouraging customers to not be safe and honesty if I didn't work in an ED and didn't have have alternative affordable way to get to work I'd be tempted. I did advise them to replace it if it is so time consuming considering this is a faulty product and not my fault. Ofc they didn't consider that option. They never answered my concerns regarding safety assessment and warranty (I presume I'd lose it if myself or someone else was to meddle with the scooter). Moreover they are ignoring my answers and keep replying to my emails giving the same advise, either "tape it" or bring it to the local (not existing) repair shop. I know different people are answering my emails but I'd appreciate if they could read them first rather than waste my time sending the same reply. I received the scooter a week ago today and we still haven't solved the issue nor we are any closer. Wish I got a Xiaomi like everyone else around me or anything through Amazon (a reliable company with a real customer service). Please be wiser than me!

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Their emails read like an illiterate fourth grader is responding, asking the exact same question in every email after I’ve described the issue via a phone call that went absolutely no where, and 6 email exchanges, including pictures of their flawed product! Total waste of money. Do not buy from this company!! I am so angry. It took forever to be delivered, and i got to ride it maybe a month, before it was completely unridable. I’ve been stranded 3 times with a flat inner tube because of a flawed design to which I’ve had to throw money away on repairs repeatedly while they type ridiculously repetitive emails offering zero solutions. Shame on this company. The time they waste not helping is just to run out the warranty and steal your money.

1 star for shipping it within 7 days. the rest is hell. this is my story: I ordered this scooter, and within 24 hours of my purchase I sent an email to cancel my order. 1-2 business days later, I was told my scooter has been shipped out for delivery, followed by an email from support telling me I sent my email too late. ok, fine. I requested to return it. they said they'd take a 5%-10% restocking fee. I said fine, send me the return slip. TURBOANT spent 2 months ignoring my emails requesting a return slip (mind you the return window is 30 days)... I then get a reply saying they're short staffed along with the return slip, and they had the audacity to tell me to be quick with my scooter return. the biggest kicker of it all - they sent me a UK version of the scooter. I didnt know this until I gave the scooter to my cousin after giving up on returning it and being told that the charger is a UK charger. I contact them to tell them this.............. APPARENTLY they sent me an American charger for the scooter after sending the scooter itself, packaged in an envelop that had no company label, no company address, no product description inside, and no product receipt. I remember getting that in the mail and thinking "what is this, I dont remember ordering this" TL;DR -- great scooters. literally the worst customer service experience you will ever experience in your entire life.

I made an order May 15th 2021. After patiently waiting for weeks, the tracking number shows it was delivered. When I investigated this matter, FedEx told me the shipper re-routed my shipment with no explanation. FedEx was nice enough to contact the shipper on my behalf. The shipper told FedEx I requested the address change. In my defense, FedEx insisted I did not make those changes and even offered to do a three-way call with myself and the shipper. They declined. I reached out directly to Turboant, I still have not heard from them. Two scooters gone.

I was expecting a great service from them but, unfortunately, that’s not what I have received. My two scooters were purchased on May 15th, shipped on the 18th and delivery scheduled to 20th on FedEx website. Nothing happened on the 20th, and a new date posted, 25th. Again, nothing. Called FedEx and was informed it would happen on the 28th. Guess what? That’s right, no escooters in sight. FedEx doesn’t know where my package is and Turboant support is non-responsive to date. For the price you pay for these things I would expect a much better delivery service, which IS Turboant’s responsibility (not FedEx’s) until the item crosses my doorstep. To make things even worse, since I am in Canada I was charged a $200 fee for the delivery, which I now regret paying since now all the burden to locate my items are mine when it should be Turboant’s. I will update this review when (or should I say IF) I receive my items, but for now I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

I ordered 2 scooters over 1 month ago and still have not received my order. The order got lost in transit and i haven't received any message from them stating about my scooters. There customer service is really bad. Do not order from them

Order 2 electric scooters in June 2020 and one of them arrived with a wrong handle so basically I couldn't use 1 scooter without 1 handle. Tried to contact Turboant but no one answered to the email or Facebook or Instagram. Looked like the company shut down and I gave up. Recently I've noticed they're back on the market realising new products so I thought I will write another email. So I got lucky and they answered. They just apologise and said new handle will be shipped and will take 10-12 days to be shipped from USA to UK. Been told they will let me know one is shipped and will provide tracking details but is been 2 weeks since then and I got no update. After they failed to provide customer satisfaction 1 year ago now I'm getting treated like I own them the handlebars which they failed to deliver. So I thought I own them a honest review so people can get the idea of Turboant services. The scooter are great, no complain but services are down !!
