I have now 3 tufina watches , they are absolutely amazing , price is very reasonable compared to the quality of the watches. You Got to buy it to see it. The owner Marsida is very nice and has very good customer service. Highly recomended.

This is the second watch I have brought the first one was for my son this is for me and it will not be the last because of the quality and the workmanship that go in to these watches and as well as the sirvice you get from a company run like this good luck for 2021 stay well

BAD SERVICE ERROR BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FIXED BY THE CEO. MY COMMENTS IN CAPITAL LETTERS HERE ARE MY MODIFIED 5 STAR REVIEW IN GRATITUDE TO THE CEO WHO EMAILED ME PERSONALLY. Below is my original 1-star review comments: I received a manual movement Casablanca watch $349. I returned it and exchanged it with automatic movement Havana watch $279. I asked for refund credit of $50 since I originally paid $329 (used $20 coupon) and exchanged watch was $279. The vendor is insisting that I am responsible for the shipping cost of the 2nd watch to me. The vendor advertised FREE SHIPPING for all watch orders on its website home page, and I already paid the return shipping cost of the 1st watch back to the vendor myself. Here is my humble advice to TUFINA WATCHES: Please remove FREE SHIPPING from your website or refund me my $50. Until then, I will be one unsatisfied person and will never do business with you again. I will going forward continue to share this bad experience with others so that no one else gets scammed. Good bye!
