I purchased a Tufina Theorema Copacabana watch with a leather wristband. During the ordering process I ask for the size of the band and I was told that it was an european standard (???) size. I decided to go ahead because I loved it. When I received the watch I found that the wristband is to small for me. Are there a larger wristband available for this watch?

I Have bought 6 of these watches over the years. Bought 2 last year. The one I bought in December and was a Marco Polo GM-3005-2 Theorema Germany - Black. It is a great looking watch. However, the watch does not keep proper time and the winder on the side is almost impossible to turn. I have a another one just like it in White and it works flawlessly. After posting an negative review I was having getting in touch with someone to help. The owner reached out to me immediately and directly. Helped me go through the process of filing out the warranty form and sending to the factory. They explained the situation that was the reason why I was having an issue reaching out. I would say the level of customer service is far better than my previous review suggested. I am putting 3 stars for now and will update once the team at the factory in Germany handles the situation. But the treatment from the US side of this company is very much a 5 star experience.
