Do NOT believe the reviews on their Facebook page. I foolishly trusted them and they sent me two worthless watches that don't even work. Their customer service was the nastiest I have encountered so far, and if you want to get a refund? They're going to make you jump through a bunch of hoops to do so. Do NOT make the same mistake that I did.

Stay well clear of this Tufina Watch Company they look great but when delivered they are light cheap rubbish and not worth a fraction of the price they state, a £1,341 listed watch is worth about £50. Beware of pricing as they will add on for exchange rate and not go by the website UK Sterling prices, and you will pay more than the list price, and the service is appalling, if you have to return as I did as never worked, they refuse to pay the postage even if sent you faulty watch, when refunding they hit you again and under pay you with excuse its the exchange rate. they are a disgusting company to deal with, very underhanded and deceptive. Germany is a front as they work out from Chicago USA and deal in Dollars not UK Pounds, but online its in UK Sterling pounds a real crap set up. YOU BEEN WARNED! Everything on the TUFINA Watch website is in UK Pounds Sterling so the price is not what you think, you get hit with a bigger fee claiming its the exchange rate, but if returned you get well undercut and short, with the excuse again is the exchange rate. The Terms & Condition say prices cannot alter, but the prices with Union Jack as UK sterling or pounds is NOT what your be charged. If shown for example £100 thats what you should pay NOT £140 and if returned as faulty you should be refunded £100 not £70 with the excuse they deal with dollars. This company is scamming the public, don't deal with them. They have real bad business trading ethics and attitude.

You get a watch from them, but I’d say it’s more of a 50 dollar watch marked up to 300 dollars than a 1500 dollar watch marked down to 300. Quality feels poor although it does look pretty cool from a little bit of a distance. I emailed them about it and got a very rude response from the owner. I would absolutely not recommend this company.
