Thank you for the feedback. We do see you had made a purchase twice by mistake and returned the 2nd watch, which as you stated was purchased by mistake. The shipment from you to the warehouse meaning from the UK to Germany was done via a standard shipment, which with Brexit nowadays is taking forever to pass customs. How is this our fault? We would have appreciated you reaching out about it and asking us why so long, and the simple answer would have been BREXIT and a standard shipment. Since January 2021 British folks need to get used to new standards when dealing outside their country. It took over 6 business days to get cleared from customs. On January 25th your package early in the morning was received at the warehouse, and later that afternoon on the same date we refunded you, sir. Thank you for your feedback. Almost 8 months after purchase and of the watch being in your possession you opened a chargeback with your bank. You refused to reply to more than 4 of our emails and never picked up your phone when our team called. We even offered you a return label to us, and we offered to take care of all warranty services postal costs, and even said that if this is a manufacturing issue it will be replaced for free and if it was some damage caused to the watch by you we offered to have it repaired for free. As well, we offered free return shipment back to you. You never replied to us, sir. You totally ignored all our help and assistance. When your bank reached out we showed them all the emails that we had sent you with no communication at all, total ignore. So, your bank stood by us and closed the chargeback in our favor. Even after the chargeback was closed in our favor, and your bank stood by us, we sent out an email to you stating that our offer to help you in any way still stands. Please check your spam folder or please do send us an email at [email protected] and we promise to go above and beyond to assist you. Thank you kindly.
