This is a difficult review, one I was not gonna write. The watch I bought was a huge disappointment. I could not see numbers clearly. I sent it back per owners request but was NOT told if links were removed, they wouldn’t take it back! The owner actually texted me repeatedly and then called me! She sent the watch back with another watch I will never wear! I gave the first watch to a friend, the other one sits here. What a bizarre encounter. Owner hinted about a 5 star review. I can’t do it.

Not worth the price they charge…
I would say if you want the watches just for the looks then tufina is ok, the watches are not worth more than $200 to $250 that also I would give it just for the looks, if I have to spend more than that I would rather get a movado or some well known brand. Their return policy also sucks. Since there is a restocking fees. So if you really like the watch then and only then you should buy it because returning is a big hassle. So be a 💯 % sure if you are ordering. Oh yes and for some of the watches setting the date and time is a hassle and yes cheap material. I bought three of the watches and I am stuck with it.

Shipping Delays
Just trying to get an update on my order. It is just sitting in a FedEx hub with zero updates since Friday night. Reached out to tufina and was told to just wait. Not sure that's how other companies would handle it

I had 2 watches from Tufina and they…
I had 2 watches from Tufina and they are both nice but my issue is with the support. My latest purchase was the Geneva Automatic Toubillion Pionier, not a cheap purchase at US$2,375. My first watch arrived OK, but this watch arrived with the interior face displaced and caught up in the hands. It was not packaged well, and had clearly had a tough time getting to me. Not really their fault, but the watch within the box was not protected, or even under the elastic strap, and there was no bubble wrap except in the actual bag.
The RMA replacement service is shocking; I logged and returned my damaged watch within 48 hours of delivery to me, with photos and at my own cost. The RMA says that Tufina will repay US$50 of postage, but this never arrived. The actual process is painful, with the watch having to be sent via tracked service to a US address, and inspected. You then have to wait for an assessment before a replacement watch is sent. My replacement arrived on 29th July 2024, and the original order was on 14th June 2024. The replacement was very well packaged, bubble wrap on the watch, within the case, a bubble wrapped box, and protective bag. The Geneva Toubillion is a very nice watch, appears to be very well made, good weight, but Tufina need to work on their customer service for a) more efficient returns, and b) to pay for returns as I am out of pocket for having to send back a damaged watch. As a collector of watches, I simply won't bother again.
**Update**
Tufina contacted me and refunded US$50 for my return postage.

Underwhelming
I bought a Theorema watch and must say it's rather underwhelming for me. The watch looks nice, and the time seems to keep up well. But the small dials don't work for day, month and year. They are so small you can't even read them at all. At least that is my take. I am not going to even try and have it repaired or replaced as it's not worth the trouble. I paid only $250 and wouldn't pay any more at all.
Also, the online pictures are somewhat misleading. The watch online shows a clear contrast between the minute and hour hands with the background. But the watch itself is much harder to see in even regular light. They needed to do a better job with the contrast or thickness of the hands. Again, it's underwhelming, but will keep as an extra watch.
I wouldn't buy another one though at all.

I am open to changing this review but until it is fixed, this is a 2 star from me.
I purchased a watch from Tufinawatches.com and it actually didn't take long to get to me. Maybe a week. I got it and I was so excited to start wearing it. I opened the very luxurious packaging with anticipation to find a very beautiful time piece. I wore it every day for almost a week when all of a sudden yesterday I noticed that one of the faceplates on the subdials came loose and wedged itself under the small subdial hands and next to the big main watch hands. Now the watch does not run and it appears broken for now. I have attempted to reach out to several different emails and each one bounced back. One email specifically showed as undeliverable because it doesn't exist.
I understand there was a fire at a datacenter a couple days before the writing of this review but there should be other methods to contact them so I called the phone number, 3 times. Once and no answer it was past business hours ok so I hung up, second time I called I left a message, and third time I called during business hours and no answer and it went right to the answering machine. I'm upset and uncertain of the legitimacy of the product I purchased. I can't even get ahold of this company to return or refund the watch. Preferably I'd like a replacement because I sincerely love to wear this watch and it's a damn shame that I can't because it's broken now and for no reason.
Here's a picture of my broken watch. I have to break the link into several parts as Trustpilot doesn't like direct links. https:

I bumped it up to a 3* review As of now the Tufina team has allowed me to return the product back to Germany to get the watch looked at and hopefully repaired and returned to me. They have reached out to me over instagram and email (They provided me a good email via instagram) as the websites did NOT allow for any sort of real communication due to the fire that happened a while back. So I think probably things would have gone a lot more smoothly if they did not have that issue with the servers.

So I've not gotten any further with this process.
I sent the watch back to Germany after filling out the customs form. This was back in April. 4/30/21
It got stuck at customs there in Germany and couldn't be delivered. I contacted support about this issue and they said they'd look into it. That was on 5/12/21.
Tufina responded saying that once it clears it will continue its journey. That was 5/13/21.
I checked the status of the package 2 days later and it said that the package was available for pickup which means that they won't try delivering it anymore and I emailed them about that the same day.
On 5/19/21 Tufina responded to my email informing me that they have let the general manager of the warehouse in Germany know.
On 6/4/21 I asked for an update regarding the watch as Customs still has it available for pickup. Status had not changed.
On 6/8/21 They told me that the Manufacturer is in contact with the local carrier in order to receive the package and I'd receive confirmation once the package has been picked up.
On 6/14/21 They told me that the manufacturer in Germany that the carrier told them the package had been sent back to the sender with no further explanation. Told me that when the package got back to me that I'd be able to ship it back to them free of charge with a custom slip from them.
It is now 6/30/21 and I still do not have a watch broken or otherwise. I checked the status and it says it's still in Germany awaiting pickup. I emailed them.
I wait for the response...
It's starting to seem a bit unprofessional. Back to 2*
