Tufina WatchesReviews of tufinawatches.com

Marsida from Tufina Watches was absolutely incredible. I ordered a watch and it got lost with the courier. She promptly helped me and even sent me a new watch. Most companies would never believe a customer saying the parcel never came but Marsida helped me so much and I received the watch and it was beautiful. The watch is impeccable and a timeless piece and I couldn't appreciate the service more. I will definitely be ordering from Tufina again!

I am open to changing this review but until it is fixed, this is a 2 star from me. I purchased a watch from Tufinawatches.com and it actually didn't take long to get to me. Maybe a week. I got it and I was so excited to start wearing it. I opened the very luxurious packaging with anticipation to find a very beautiful time piece. I wore it every day for almost a week when all of a sudden yesterday I noticed that one of the faceplates on the subdials came loose and wedged itself under the small subdial hands and next to the big main watch hands. Now the watch does not run and it appears broken for now. I have attempted to reach out to several different emails and each one bounced back. One email specifically showed as undeliverable because it doesn't exist. I understand there was a fire at a datacenter a couple days before the writing of this review but there should be other methods to contact them so I called the phone number, 3 times. Once and no answer it was past business hours ok so I hung up, second time I called I left a message, and third time I called during business hours and no answer and it went right to the answering machine. I'm upset and uncertain of the legitimacy of the product I purchased. I can't even get ahold of this company to return or refund the watch. Preferably I'd like a replacement because I sincerely love to wear this watch and it's a damn shame that I can't because it's broken now and for no reason. Here's a picture of my broken watch. I have to break the link into several parts as Trustpilot doesn't like direct links. https: //puu.sh/ HoBNW/ c166c66995.jpg I bumped it up to a 3* review As of now the Tufina team has allowed me to return the product back to Germany to get the watch looked at and hopefully repaired and returned to me. They have reached out to me over instagram and email (They provided me a good email via instagram) as the websites did NOT allow for any sort of real communication due to the fire that happened a while back. So I think probably things would have gone a lot more smoothly if they did not have that issue with the servers. ______________________________________________ So I've not gotten any further with this process. I sent the watch back to Germany after filling out the customs form. This was back in April. 4/30/21 It got stuck at customs there in Germany and couldn't be delivered. I contacted support about this issue and they said they'd look into it. That was on 5/12/21. Tufina responded saying that once it clears it will continue its journey. That was 5/13/21. I checked the status of the package 2 days later and it said that the package was available for pickup which means that they won't try delivering it anymore and I emailed them about that the same day. On 5/19/21 Tufina responded to my email informing me that they have let the general manager of the warehouse in Germany know. On 6/4/21 I asked for an update regarding the watch as Customs still has it available for pickup. Status had not changed. On 6/8/21 They told me that the Manufacturer is in contact with the local carrier in order to receive the package and I'd receive confirmation once the package has been picked up. On 6/14/21 They told me that the manufacturer in Germany that the carrier told them the package had been sent back to the sender with no further explanation. Told me that when the package got back to me that I'd be able to ship it back to them free of charge with a custom slip from them. It is now 6/30/21 and I still do not have a watch broken or otherwise. I checked the status and it says it's still in Germany awaiting pickup. I emailed them. I wait for the response... It's starting to seem a bit unprofessional. Back to 2*

No complaints, and I feel sure if I had it would be handled in a very professional way by professional skilled personnel

I received my Casablanca timepiece as promised. On time and packaged well. This is definitely the start of a new watch collection for me. I receive compliments every time I wear this watch. Quality is excellent and the price very pleasing indeed. Now to pick out my next one.

Excellent service and very good quality time pieces more then I can express very grateful to have a timepiece made from a great family owned company like tufina. Words don't describe got to have one to appreciate it.

I’ve bought 2 watches from tufina I love that every watch it’s beautiful on its on way. These watches will have people staring at your wrist for some time Everywhere you go your watch is gonna call people’s attention.

Bought this watch as a Christmas present for my husband as a surprise. He absolutely loved the skeleton design, along with the different and intricate details of the dial design. One of our friends commented on the timepiece and was very surprised when I told him the price!!. So for me it was a win win..the details, the design, the price, the look. Highly recommend this family run business and long may they continue.
