Beside reading bad reviews and seeing a lot of youtube videos treating this company like a scam, which made me scared of my order almost to point I was thinking of cancel it, now I am glad I didn't. I bought Tufina Casablanca on discount for 230 Euro and I feel bad for not paying 300 euro. Watch is amazing ,one of best and creative designs on market. Quality of metal and leather is astounding, they even give you a free box that is well crafted which is rare. I had a bit of problem with butterfly belt which I never had, took me 30 min to figure how it works and there is no tutorials online so... When I see all this bad reviews without evidence why.., and based on some "Chinese mechanism" I start to think they are paid. This is amazing product done with so much care Regards Marko B

Ordered on April 04, received on April 9 in Canada, from Germany, while the COVID-19 outbreak is still on. It has a great, high-quality box, instructions, and warranty card inside. Superb look. Amongst the most impressive watch on the market for this price. A superb jewel. Unfortunately, acuracy and reliability are not always there as many mechanical watches, but for the time, you can read your phone ! Excellent customer service. We had a minor fix to get done at the factory. It was fully paid by Tufina in a very reasonable time frame. We started the process of waranty and neglected to resume it. They follow up on us to incent us to sent the watch back before the free return coupon expires. I strongly recommand. It was a present to my son. More than a year after, he is incredibly proud of his watch.

Watch looks great on the wrist, perfect size. Detail in the dial is well done, especially for a watch at this price point. Keeps good time too. What else can you ask for

From my experience I have had nothing but complete professional experiences. I have 4 of these beautiful timepieces. Each has a distinct difference like me. I buy my timepieces to match the mood or to match a certain wardrobe design. These beauties have only enhanced the look I was going for. Chicago, Amsterdam,Havana, and Macau all wonderfully beautiful in their own. You can't go wrong.

I was abit sceptical at first about ordering a watch (damascus) of this site due to being off Facebook and reading the comments off here but I gave it a try and wow what an amazing piece it is top quality build nice packaging delivered early only down fall of my experience was the site needs to be abit more helpful on the English sterling price. Highly recommend this product. 100% genuine don't go by the bad reviews.
